  I went to this Solantic on 11/16/2010, because I had an after hours urgent care need and could not afford to go to an emergency room on my pitiful budget. I was made to pay the entire amount at time of service, $113.34. On 11/23/2010, I received the insurance company explanation of benefits saying that my total patient responsibility was $25. I contacted Solantic to request my refund for the overpayment. I called over 6 times in total trying to get my money and hearing their refusals. It was not until 7/7/2011, nearly 8 MONTHS LATER and after I had contacted my insurance company's fraud investigation section that I finally received my money. The healthcare part of the experience was fine but I would only recommend going there if you don't need your money because you may not see it again for a long long time!
