  We ordered our structure on 5/13..even added to it on 5/14 and was told it would be installed in a month.... and then found out 2 weeks later that the order was never submitted. It was finally submitted and we kept being told that is was being worked on until 8/4 we were told it would be installed 8/5...so I left work and drove home and they never called and never showed. I then called them to find out they forgot to call that morning to cancel. They told me i would have to contact the salesman as they do not have control of that. I called the salesman and was told no...what do you think we just keep cash laying around for refunds? I told him that it was done on a credit card and can be done thru the machine. He refused. I called the other guy back and told him what happened and was told that they were going to get us the building for cost and they would contact us on the following Tuesday with the exact price and install date. We were never contacted. I've then disputed the security deposit transaction with my credit card company to take back my money. They called us 8/17 to install 8/18 and were told to cancel the order and that we already took our security deposit back. They offered us $500 off. We took it to finally have our structure. I advised them not to show up until 9 as our child was starting school that day...they showed up at 7:30. I received a voicemail today stating that they have called me 3 times for payment and would be sending me to collection. I checked I only had 2 missed calls from them. Keep in mind this is 3 days after installation and it took them 3 months to install it. I called them back this afternoon to pay. The lady told me that they were adding the security deposit back on...fine...and $35charge for taking it back. I told her I would not be paying the $35 and she could speak to Jason about that. She was very rude and told mesas sending me to collections. I told her that someone else can call me as I no longer wanted to speak to her.
